Visitors to our website
When someone visits our website www.supermums.org we use track visitor behaviour:
To collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
We use a third-party service, WordPress.com, to power our web search engine and publish our blog. These sites are hosted at WordPress.com. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users’ activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help us improve it.
Security and performance
Supermums Training and Supermums Consulting uses a third-party service – Systemized to help maintain the security and performance of the Supermums website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the website.
Supermums Consulting Ltd
At Supermums Consulting we use Mailchimp as an email marketing tool. With MailChimp, we can send one email to many people at one time. MailChimp is used by businesses of all sizes, non-profits and individuals.
We use Bullhorn as our customer relationship management system (CRM), tracking and keeping in touch with our customers and as operations software.
Supermums Training CIC
At Supermums Training we track visitor behaviour. When visitors first visit the websites, they will receive a message that asks them to opt in to tracking on their first visit. If they accept, a Cookie will be placed on their machine which allows us to track their visitor behaviour across supermums.org website. The message doesn’t appear again unless they clear their cookies. If a prospect opts out of tracking or ignores the notification, Pardot treats them as if their cookies are disabled. Email link clicks and form submissions still appear in a visitor’s activity history, but their page views and form views don’t, and the prospect activity is not linked to a prospect record. Tracking requires permission, so if prospects ignore the banner, they aren’t tracked.
