Fast forward to 2024 and she is now a certified Salesforce Consultant and RevOps specialist.
Claudia, mum of 2 from Brazil, joined the Supermums Salesforce Admin course in 2020 after COVID hit and her role as a Sales Manager at a Software company ended. Thanks to a friend who told her about Salesforce and Supermums, she was able to upskill and has worked fully remotely since, perfect around family life!
Bill started his career as an Engineer in Avionics but soon realised he wanted more! He retrained and was in the air transport industry for over 20+ years. After managing the accounts for his wife’s Trademark Law business, he discovered an appetite for all things tech and made him re-evaluate his next career move. This led him to Supermums, Salesforce, and finding a love for helping charitable & NFP organisations to implement or manage their CRM’s.
Soma, was a Primary School Teacher for 5 years before moving to the Netherlands where she became a Freelance Digital Illustrator. She wondered what was her career path though! Her husband mentioned learning Salesforce and it sparked an interest in her, and she hasn’t looked back!

Sirvidya, mum of 2, worked within the hospitality sector but wanted carer progression and needed a change but didn’t know to do what. Melanie, from Austin, Texas, after taking a 15 year long career break to raise her children, decided it was time to get back into work now that the children were older. After taking the Supermums Admin course, Melanie now works for a women-owned Salesforce Consulting Partner firm based in Colorado, where she works remotely from her home in Texas.
