Part 1 – How to establish a Salesforce Center of Excellence
A Center of Excellence is a group of individuals who are responsible for the CRM Strategy, managing governance and setting and evaluating the metrics of success. To achieve success, they are responsible for allocation suitable resources and helping to determine priorities for investment and time of the technical team. Within this blog we will look at who should be within the Center of Excellence and how collectively they can manage risks, requirements and priorities.
Part 2 – How to hire a Salesforce Team
Within this blog, you will find out what skills and experience you need to hire within your Salesforce team and how to attract and hire talent into those Salesforce roles. Salesforce Champions are Departmental Representatives who are active users of salesforce with potential delegated admin responsibilities. They are responsible for liaising with their team members, understanding what Salesforce is capable of and feeding back on change requests or new requirements to the Salesforce Admin and upwards to the Centre of Excellence it if requires a certain level of investment and time. Part 4 – How to set up a Salesforce Team with Roles and Responsibilities
Building a high performing Salesforce project team requires thought and skill. You are going to have a mix of stakeholders from the client side and potentially a team from a Salesforce Consultancy. There may be familiar / non familiar faces in the room so new relationships might need to be built, but they all have one thing in common. It’s a new project with new objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
