Let us represent you
Firstly, register as a Candidate with us and we will invite you to book an onboarding call with your consultant.
Our onboarding calls are virtual and will give your consultant the opportunity to gain an understanding of your experience, skill set and career ambitions.
We can talk through any suitable roles that are available and support on re-shaping your CV to make sure it stands out in the crowd.
Step Two
Finding the perfect job
We will notify you of suitable jobs that are coming up via our weekly job alerts bulletin and reach out to you directly to discuss a job if we think there is one that is a perfect fit for you.
We will also spec out your CV with your approval to companies looking for your skills and expertise.
Whilst you are waiting for that perfect job we will notify you of any relevant training or learning opportunities being offered by Supermums to add value to your CV.
Step Three
Securing that job role
When a suitable job role has come up and you have been shortlisted for interview, your recruitment consultant will support you through the process offering interview pre-briefing and preparation to give you the best chance at success.
If you are successful they will take control of salary negotiations to ensure you get the best possible outcome. We want to help you land that job successfully so it’s a win win for all You are definitely in safe hands.
