With International Women’s Day on Sunday 8th March, we are proud to launch our Empower Women Leadership Lunches.

Over lunch we want to shape, influence and inform companies within the Salesforce eco-system about how they can implement new ways to attract, support and retain women in the workplace to help increase the number of women in tech, support gender equality and women returners.

Equality is not a women’s issue, it’s a business issue! Gender equality is essential for economies and communities to thrive. A gender equal world can be healthier, wealthier and more harmonious – so what’s not great about that?

Together we can make it happen, let’s be #EachforEqual.

Our mission is to Empower Women in the Salesforce Eco-System by inspiring, informing and igniting action amongst senior level professionals from Salesforce, SI’s and ISVs and End Customers to champion women in tech.

Working from the top down, we aim to equip leaders with the knowledge and confidence to attract, support and retain women in their workplace by championing gender equality, flexibility and inclusion.

We have three fantastic events lined up to kickstart the series, hosted by Heather Black, CEO of Supermums.

31st March – “Shaping the Agenda for Women” with guest speakers Kristy Merson and Sara Earnshaw, representatives of the Women’s Network at Salesforce.

12th May – “Giving Women a Powerful Voice” with guest speaker Antoinette Dale Henderson, founder of the Gravitas Programme.

7th July – “Talk about Flexibility at Work” with guest speakers, Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, CEO of Salesforce UKI and Liese Lord, Founder of The Lightbulb Tree, as our guest speakers.

Tickets are £125pp plus VAT and include a three course sit down lunch with champagne reception at Fortnum & Mason in their private Drawing Room.

Join our intimate lunch of up to 50 guests to benefit from:

  • Strategic networking within the sector
  • Personal and professional development
  • Leadership reflection & coaching
  • Shared learning and best practice
