Introducing the Golden Hoodie Podcast Series: Stories Behind the Hoodie
By Heather Black
We’re launching a brand-new podcast series celebrating the Golden Hoodie Salesforce Trailblazers who’ve built incredible careers by lifting others up. We can’t wait to share their inspiring stories with you.
Why Golden Hoodie Winners?
If you’ve spent any time in the Salesforce ecosystem, you’ve probably seen the Golden Hoodie. Maybe on stage at Dreamforce. Maybe in someone’s LinkedIn profile photo. Maybe you’ve wondered what it actually means.
Here’s the deal. The Salesforce Golden Hoodie is a special recognition given to Trailblazers who have shared their stories of doing well by doing good. These aren’t just technically brilliant people (though many of them are). They’re people who’ve used their careers to create opportunity for others — whether that’s through community building, mentoring, teaching, or simply showing up and proving that a different kind of career path is possible.
They are a rarity, it’s estimated there are over 250 Golden Hoodie winners worldwide but there isn’t a complete list anywhere, so we started to compile a definitive list here. Every single one has a story worth hearing. And we think it’s time more people heard them.
What Is This Golden Hoodie Series About?
The Mums on Cloud Nine Golden Hoodie Podcast Series features a collection of honest, in-depth conversations with Golden Hoodie winners from across the Salesforce ecosystem.
These aren’t polished PR interviews. They’re real conversations about real journeys — the career pivots, the setbacks, the moments of doubt, and the breakthroughs that changed everything. We wanted to go beyond the stage moment and dig into the story behind the hoodie.
Because here’s what we know from running Supermums for years: people don’t just need training and certifications. They need to see themselves in someone else’s story. They need proof that career change is possible, that the Salesforce ecosystem genuinely rewards people who show up with curiosity and generosity, and that you don’t need a “perfect” background to build something extraordinary.
That’s exactly what this series delivers.
Meet the Golden Hoodie Line-Up
We’ve gathered an incredible group of Golden Hoodie winners for this series, each with a completely different path into the Salesforce world. Here is a snap shot of the first 8 episodes with more to come.

Episode 1 Goes Live This Thursday: Kaelan Moss
We’re kicking off the series with Kaelan Moss — a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, trainer, and Golden Hoodie winner from the US.
Kaelan’s story is not your typical tech career trajectory. He started out as a competitive athlete with a scholarship to the University of Oklahoma and represented Team USA. He found his way into the Salesforce ecosystem almost by accident — a friend’s recommendation, an internship, and then a deep dive into Marketing Cloud that changed the direction of his career.
But what earned Kaelan his Golden Hoodie wasn’t just his technical expertise. It was what he did with it. He taught his own family Salesforce. Not casually — genuinely invested in helping the people closest to him see the career opportunities he’d found. As he put it: “I’m just a regular guy who decided to teach his family Salesforce.”
When COVID hit and Kaelan lost his job, he pivoted from implementing Salesforce projects to training the next generation of Trailblazers. Today, he focuses on bridging the gap between human intuition and AI-driven efficiency, helping Salesforce professionals work smarter as the ecosystem evolves.
It’s a story about resilience, generosity, and proving that career transformation doesn’t have to stay personal — it can be contagious.

About the Podcast Hosts – Supermums
Supermums was founded by Heather Black, herself a Salesforce Golden Hoodie winner. The entire mission of Supermums — helping people build real, sustainable Salesforce careers through training, coaching, and community — was born from the same philosophy that the Golden Hoodie celebrates: doing well by doing good.
We’ve spent ten years helping career changers, returners, and professionals accelerate their Salesforce journeys. We’ve seen first-hand what happens when someone goes from “I don’t think I can do this” to landing their first Salesforce role or earning a promotion that changes their family’s financial future.
These podcast conversations are an extension of that work. Every Golden Hoodie winner in this series has navigated uncertainty, overcome obstacles, and built something meaningful. Their stories are proof that whatever stage you’re at in your Salesforce career, the next chapter is possible.
