This week we are talking about keeping pace with the market and the need to upskill if you want to meet demand. We draw on LinkedIn’s reports on the ‘Skill Companies Need Most in 2020.

Salesforce sets the pace by innovating and leading the way in new technology. From their foundation of Cloud computing, they have taken steps to enhance their products and offering to embrace AI, Analytics, Blockchain and UX Design. They continue to stay relevant so they don’t fall behind. Behind them they need trailblazers to follow suit who are learning and developing their skills to meet market demand. The question is, what are you doing to advance your skills and knowledge to stay relevant?

If you are starting out in cloud computing and the Salesforce sector, then our Salesforce Admin Course is the place to start.

Once you are a qualified admin, then you should bag your Business Analysis skills with our Consultancy course so you know how to understand user requirements and build a salesforce solution to meet their need.

Support user adoption with a handle on emotional intelligence, collaboration and persuasion with our Coaching Skills programme.

Once you have your foundation skills on the platform, then you can start to specialise in niche products – Marketing Cloud is about marketing AI and intelligence, check out our course here, or you could specialise in other Salesforce products like Einstein Analytics, Block Chain or Communities with UX design.

Which way do you want to go?

At Supermums we are delighted to be working with trailblazers who strive to upskill, learn from the best and keep pace with new technology. We continue to innovate and upskill parents in admin, consultancy skills, coaching skills and marketing cloud.

To meet a couple of trailblazers, look out for our case studies this week including one from Silvia Denaro.

“After working in fundraising in the creative industry for 15 years I felt the need of a career change. I needed to skill up, become more tech savvy and keep up with the changing times. Salesforce was the perfect match. When I started my transition a year ago I would never have dreamt that in such a short time I would have 2 Salesforce certifications and the job I have now. I am able to support my family while also look after my children in a perfect balance.”

This week on our Mums on Cloud Nine podcast, Heather interviews Victoria Peppiatt, COO of Phrasee. Previously she ran a creative agency, but realised she wanted to keep pace with market trends and she decided to launch a AI powered marketing copy solution that integrates with Salesforce. Find out about what it takes to have an idea in an emerging technology and launch your own technology company. Tune in here.
