As you have heard about in an earlier blog we have some exciting plans for growth over the coming year. We seek to partner with businesses that share our values in order to drive our ambitious plans, so it is with great pleasure that today we announce our first official gold Sponsor of Salesforce Supermums: St. James’s Place Wealth Management

A shared vision for a diverse workforce

St. James’s Place Wealth Management believes that diversity in the workforce and a culture of inclusion are hugely valuable parts of what makes their organisation a success. They have committed to having a minimum of 30% of women in senior positions by 2023, with support of increasing gender diversity coming from the most senior level. Their Diversity Executive Steering Group leads on implementing initiatives such as Inclusive Leadership Training, a Senior Leadership Programme and the widening of flexible working policies.

Heather, founder of the Supermums programme says:

“We are pleased to welcome St. James’s Place Wealth Management to the Supermums community. Working with partners that share our values and belief in the potential of parents as a workforce asset, is fundamental to our success. We not only want to train mums and dads, but launch them into fulfilling careers, so engaging with employers is critical. Working closely with our corporate sponsors means we keep a finger on the pulse of the industry and can ensure our training is keeping up with business need.”

Why partner with Salesforce Supermums?

Like over 89% of financial services companies, St. James’s Place Wealth Management utilise Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and therefore appreciate the need to invest in a pipeline of talent that can ensure it is implemented and used effectively. St. James’s Place Wealth Management are sponsoring our Salesforce Administrator course – helping mums (and dads) learn Salesforce skills that will enable them to find flexible, well-paid work within the Salesforce ecosystem.

We will be announcing further partnerships soon. In the meantime, there are a couple of sponsorship opportunities still open, especially to support our plans to grow our alumni network, ensuring we continue to support parents throughout their Salesforce career and enabling them to be ambassadors for the Supermums programme. If you want to work with us to empower parents to upskill and grow the Salesforce talent pool, get in touch with abigail@economicchange.co.uk and download a sponsorship pack for more details.
