Salesforce is a CRM system that is the living beating heart of a business. A CRM is used by a business to keep customer data centralised and safe for employees to use in their day-to-day jobs. It enables a business to monitor its performance.

For the ninth consecutive year, Salesforce has been ranked the #1 Global CRM provider by International Data Corporation (IDC) in its latest Worldwide Semiannual Software Tracker. It’s used by over 150,000 companies and 35,000 non-profits.
Salesforce continues to grow its overall market share position and increase revenue year after year, contributing to its #1 ranking.
