Our recruitment business specialises in working with employers to source skilled professionals for permanent, fixed term and contract roles, with a focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.

Alongside placing experienced Salesforce professionals, we are also able to tap into a unique pool of talent looking to upskill via our dedicated Supermums Training programme. Placing candidates into both full time and part time roles across technical, sales, project management, business analysis and customer services our client base includes non-profits, ISV’s, and consulting partners, who are all generally running salesforce within their business.
Our Recruitment Process
The recruitment team is a highly skilled, highly focused group of individuals who work with experienced Salesforce professionals across the UK, USA and EMEA. We place all levels of professionals from entry level right through to the most technical & senior level professionals.
We can provide our clients with a full end to end recruitment process. Our team are skilled in either resourcing, recruitment, or sales. They do not operate as 360 recruiters but instead spend focused time in their key specialist role.
Once we have taken a detailed brief which will include Skills and experience overview, Culture fit overview, Management style within the team overview, we will commence our search.
Supermums has the benefit of using both online and offline search mediums to find great talent.

Our robust selection criteria works hard to ascertain the best fit, and we will work to present the best candidates we can find in the market based on the best fit to the role, the best fit to the organisation and its culture and the best fit to the management style. With this in mind we hope that you will benefit from a loyal, dedicated employee that you will be able to retain for longer.
We can present candidates using a standard email resume, or presented over TEAMS/Zoom etc. We will create a profile to outline the key skills and why we feel the candidate is a string option for interview.
Once candidates are selected for interview, we will take responsibility for supporting you and managing this process, ensuring that every candidate is briefed before the meeting. Following the interview, we will debrief with the candidate to find out their feedback and continued level of interest.
At a suitable time for you the client we will look to gain your feedback and to find out what the next steps are for each candidate, working with you through second and possibly further interviews until a decision can be made.
Once you are ready to make an offer, we will support and guide you through the candidates’ expectations and provide any further information on market trends and salary guidance. Once you have decided on the offer, we will present the offer to the candidate to gain acceptance. Occasionally there may be times when we need to work with you and the candidate through a negotiation but will always endeavour to provide our best advice.
On acceptance of an offer, it would be up to you as the client company to issue a formal offer letter to the candidate. We will then work with the candidate through the notice period with the aim of preventing counteroffer.
When the candidate commences employment with your organisation, we will provide you with an after service covering the first 8 weeks of the candidates’ employment with you.
