We are growing and to keep up with the pace, we are welcoming two new Supermums to the team: Naomi and Paula.

Naomi Clegg: Training Coordinator

Naomi worked in IT training for almost 2 decades within a variety of roles, which have provided her with a good understanding of the Learning industry and a great set of transferable skills which will enable her to help our Supermums succeed in their learning goals.

Naomi’s role is to co-ordinate the delivery of the weekly webinars, provide support to our Supermums before and during the programme and manage relationships with the wonderful community of volunteers who commit their own time to training and mentoring the students within our cohorts. Her responsibilities are set to grow as we expand  the portfolio of courses, with new Platform Developer, Marketing Solutions and Consultancy courses.

As well as getting her teeth into the new role, as a Supermum herself, Naomi is about to start the work experience element of the Admin training, implementing Salesforce for a non-profit, and will then focus on preparing for her exam. She’s on great track to pass, as her self-confessed Trailhead addiction means she has already gained her ‘Ranger’ status with 100 badges (and a Supermums hoodie!!

Naomi is a mum to 3 daughter and a cheeky 11-week old puppy.

If you are a Supermum, past or present, contact Naomi if you need anything! naomi@supermums.org

Paula Gardener: Press Consultant

Paula Gardner is a business psychologist, career coach and PR and marketing consultant. Author of two text books, Get Noticed and Do Your Own PR, Paula has been featured in The Guardian, HR Zone, Psychologies, The Huffington Post and is a columnist for Thrive Global.

Paula has a Masters in Business Psychology, a diploma in Transformational Coaching from the ICF accredited Animas School of Coaching, and is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists.  She is passionate about helping women overcome issues around confidence, Imposter Syndrome and assertiveness, and coaches and writes around those issues. With a dissertation and published academic paper on Values driven organisations, Paula is excited about using her PR skills to help Supermums help more parents into flexible working using Salesforce, and sharing her psychology learnings to help with confidence issues around this.

Paula is mum to two young adults and a teenager. While her days of juggling work and childcare are over, Paula still appreciates the time that flexible working allows her to spend with her children, supporting them through their A levels and University studies.

If you would like to share your Supermums story or would like to engage with our founder Heather on articles or speaking, please contact paula@supermums.org
