A leading technology organization is seeking a Junior QA Automation Engineer to support the testing and validation of AI-powered applications, including Salesforce Agentforce and other Agentic AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for AI-powered applications and Agentic AI workflows.
• Validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce Agentforce agents and similar AI agent platforms.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks to support continuous testing and regression testing.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and AI developers to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in functional, regression, and integration testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA Automation, software testing, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience working with Agentic AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, or AI-driven automation.
• Experience testing Salesforce Agentforce agents or similar AI agent platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, including:
• Test case design
• Defect tracking and management
• Functional and regression testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pleasanton, California.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Copado Robotic Testing.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, LLM evaluation methodologies, or AI model validation techniques.
