Our client is a UK-based, mission-driven organisation operating within the not-for-profit and public benefit sector. They are nationally recognised for supporting service providers through technology, data, and sector expertise.

 

The organisation has an established in-house Salesforce consultancy function that delivers CRM solutions to charities and public sector organisations. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of consultants and technical specialists, working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

 

Their core offering includes a Salesforce-based case management and client recording solution, alongside broader consultancy services, system integrations, and ongoing platform development.

 

Key responsibilities and focus areas:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce consultancy projects for external clients and internal teams
  • Support pre-sales activity including scoping, demonstrations, and producing estimates
  • Run workshops, gather and document requirements, and analyse business processes
  • Plan and manage system implementations and enhancements
  • Produce functional specifications and documentation for developers
  • Deliver user training and internal knowledge sharing
  • Provide technical support in line with agreed service levels
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and communicate relevant updates
  • Contribute to product improvements through user feedback and research
  • Mentor and potentially line manage junior consultants
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with organisational objectives

 

Requirements:

  • Strong track record delivering Salesforce consultancy projects
  • Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (including Experience Cloud)
  • Experience managing integrations with third-party systems
  • Confident facilitating workshops and managing client relationships
  • Strong project management and documentation skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK
