Salesforce Test Engineer

Location: Hybrid – Tunbridge Wells, Bristol and Bournemouth (2-3 times a week in office)

The role sits within a collaborative, Agile development team composed of developers, business analysts, and Salesforce professionals.

The organisation provides a range of insurance, financial, and asset management products to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting hands-on manual and automated testing of Salesforce features.
• Writing and maintaining robust automated test scripts.
• Engaging in exploratory testing to uncover functional and integration issues.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Supporting non-functional testing efforts as needed.
• Collaborating with DevOps teams using CI/CD tools and pipelines.

Technology & Tools

• Salesforce (including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
• Test automation tools such as Provar and Copado Robotic Testing
• CI/CD pipeline tools, including Copado and Azure DevOps (desirable)
• Experience with non-functional testing is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead learning platform and an active learner profile is desirable
