The role sits within a collaborative, Agile development team composed of developers, business analysts, and Salesforce professionals.
The organisation provides a range of insurance, financial, and asset management products to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting hands-on manual and automated testing of Salesforce features.
- Writing and maintaining robust automated test scripts.
- Engaging in exploratory testing to uncover functional and integration issues.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Supporting non-functional testing efforts as needed.
- Collaborating with DevOps teams using CI/CD tools and pipelines.

Technology & Tools
- Salesforce (including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Test automation tools such as Provar and Copado Robotic Testing
- CI/CD pipeline tools, including Copado and Azure DevOps (desirable)
- Experience with non-functional testing is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead learning platform and an active learner profile is desirable
