Our client is a multi-award winning Salesforce Summit Partner consultancy specialising in the nonprofit and charity sector. With a team of approximately 70 professionals, they deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions that support fundraising, marketing, and supporter engagement for UK, Ireland, and global nonprofit organisations, and is widely recognised for their expertise in Nonprofit Cloud and NPSP implementations, having received multiple Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards for their work in the sector.

 

The role is for a Salesforce Functional Consultant, a specialist, client-facing position responsible for delivering project-based Salesforce implementations across Nonprofit Cloud and NPSP, working on both greenfield and mature environments.

 

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas:

  • Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP implementations
  • Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to capture and document client needs
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
  • Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution estimations, and proposal writing
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects on complex solution design
  • Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions in line with client requirements
  • Manage testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Support data migration activities
  • Produce technical and solution documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, budget, and delivery

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce fundraising implementations using Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP
  • Strong background as a Salesforce Functional Consultant within a consulting or partner environment
  • Experience delivering small, medium, and large-scale Salesforce projects
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks (Jira)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus
  • Independent thinker with consideration for cross-functional and downstream impacts
  • Highly collaborative approach with the ability to lead and support within delivery teams
