Salesforce Solution Lead

Location: UK – Hybrid (2-3 days a week, Middlesbrough, Bolton, or Redhill)

The Role

As a Solution Lead – Salesforce, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Balance low-code and custom-coded approaches to deliver optimal solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Triggers, and Batch Jobs.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and strengthen the Salesforce development community.
• This is a hands-on technical leadership role in a mature Salesforce environment, with opportunities for innovative greenfield projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a Salesforce engineering or solution design role.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
