The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, marketing, service, data, and technology functions, acting as a central point of coordination among stakeholders and delivery partners. Their product and service ecosystem is centered around customer relationship management and enhancing end-to-end customer experience through advanced technology platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and delivery across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives
  • Serve as the “face of CRM” across the organization and externally where required
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders, including C-suite level clients and partners
  • Bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Prioritize demand, manage stakeholders, and make key platform decisions
  • Lead the relationship with Salesforce Professional Services and ensure value realization
  • Champion customer experience across commercial, marketing, and service functions
  • Establish and enforce governance, data privacy, compliance, and DevOps best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem

 

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Product Owner/Manager in complex environments
  • Hands-on experience with Data 360 and Agentforce (non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to lead CRM strategy and act as the “face of CRM” within an organization
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with and presenting to C-suite stakeholders and external clients
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, data platforms, and CRM ecosystems
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation

  • Future roadmap includes Revenue Cloud and Loyalty Cloud

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: £110,000 annually (paid hourly at £58.88/hour, PAYE)
  • Key benefits:
    • Hybrid working model (3 days remote, 2 days in-office in London)
