Salesforce Mobile Publisher Expert

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Mobile Publisher expert to support a financial services client through the final stages of launching their mobile application. This is a short-term engagement focused on troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring successful app submission and approval across app stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of mobile app submission and approval issues for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Mobile Publisher (Experience Cloud and/or core Salesforce mobile app)
• Ensure compliance with app store requirements, including privacy policies, data access, and secure login flows
• Review and validate authentication, user access, and data handling against Salesforce and industry best practices
• Provide hands-on support and/or advisory guidance to accelerate production launch
• Mentor and guide internal teams on the end-to-end Mobile Publisher process and deployment readiness
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to streamline approval and release timelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Mobile Publisher, including end-to-end implementation and deployment
• Demonstrated success publishing and maintaining live apps on Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or core Salesforce mobile applications
• Experience resolving app store rejection issues and navigating approval processes
• Knowledge of mobile app compliance requirements (privacy, security, authentication, data handling)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, short-term engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with financial services clients or in regulated environments
• Familiarity with mobile app authentication frameworks (SSO, OAuth, etc.) within Salesforce
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders
