Join Supermums as a volunteer mentor for our Admin Trainees. Develop your mentoring and coaching skills whilst also giving back and helping others.
We look for people with at least 2 years of practical experience.
The mentoring programme is structured with clear accountability on both sides to meet for 1-2 hours each week for six months. The trainees are given set homework each week and mentors are tasked with reviewing and supporting them with their homework and submitting a completion record to the training team.
We provide you with a mentoring toolkit and training materials to best equip you to support our Supermums trainees on their learning journeys.
