Our client is a well-established, mission-driven organisation operating within the social impact sector across England. They work closely with a large network of member and partner organisations to improve frontline services and drive positive systemic change.
They have developed a market-leading client relationship and service management platform built on Salesforce, currently used by over 300 organisations across the UK. Each customer operates a tailored Salesforce environment designed to support service delivery and client management.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated Salesforce function of approximately 45 professionals spanning Business Development, Product, Support, and Delivery teams. The Salesforce Consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, contributing to both customer support and ongoing system development initiatives.
Key responsibilities and focus areas:
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to customers, meeting agreed service level targets
- Administer and configure Salesforce CRM systems for multiple client organisations
- Support new system builds and assist with implementation projects
- Maintain platform knowledge, particularly around Salesforce releases and feature updates
- Take ownership of designated functional or technical areas
- Collaborate across Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
- Contribute to internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Salesforce ADM201 (Salesforce Administrator) certification
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Experience supporting users in a live Salesforce environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders

- Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, reports & dashboards)
