Salesforce Admin Instructor

Supermums is seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce professional to join our training team as a Salesforce Admin Instructor. This is a contracted role ideal for someone who loves teaching, supporting learners and shaping the next generation of Salesforce talent.

About the Role

You will deliver high quality, engaging training across our Salesforce Administrator pathways, including:

• Ultimate Salesforce Admin Course
• Essential Salesforce Admin Course
• Accelerator Admin Course

Training is delivered online through structured weekly sessions with live demonstrations, clear explanations, guided practice and learner Q&A.
This role is ideal for someone who can make Salesforce understandable, motivating and accessible for beginners entering the ecosystem.

What You’ll Deliver

• Clear and confident weekly Salesforce Admin training sessions
• Live demonstrations of core Salesforce features and configuration
• Guidance, encouragement and practical support to help learners build confidence
• Occasional collaboration with the Supermums team on curriculum improvements
• Consistent, reliable delivery for the duration of each course

• Automation including Flows

• Admin Certification Support

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Salesforce Administrator knowledge (certified Admin essential)
• Excellent communicator who enjoys helping others learn
• Confident delivering group training online
• Ability to break complex concepts into simple, practical explanations
• Passion for supporting career changers and new talent
• Ability to maintain knowledge on Salesforce functionality

Contract Details

• £60ph equivalent to approx £35,000-£40,000 Per annum
• Flexible schedule within set cohort teaching times
• All materials, slides and curriculum provided
