We are recruiting on behalf of a mission-driven UK organisation seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its specialist technology team.

The organisation relies on a complex, multi-cloud Salesforce environment to support critical services, customer management, fundraising and operational functions. This is a senior technical role focused on platform governance, security, configuration and continuous improvement.

The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Lead the configuration and governance of complex Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Lightning Pages, sharing and user management.
  • Own Salesforce security, permissions and least-privilege access.
  • Lead declarative release management, sandbox strategy and deployment processes.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Champion a declarative-first approach and help reduce technical debt.
  • Lead significant configuration projects from scoping through to release.
  • Support testing, UAT and incident resolution.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Salesforce Administrators.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews and continuous improvement.

About You

Essential:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex or enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Advanced Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Object Manager, sharing architecture and Salesforce security.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, environments and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or technically guiding other team members.

Desirable:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP or Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with tools such as Gearset, Copado or FormAssembly.
  • Agile/product-led technology experience.
  • Charity or nonprofit sector experience.

Faith is central to its culture, with prayer, worship and Christian values forming part of the working environment. The organisation is committed to an inclusive and supportive working environment. As this is a Christian organisation, a genuine Christian faith and willingness to participate in prayer and worship are requirements of the role.
