Salesforce Data Cloud Business Analyst – Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a high-profile global sports and entertainment organisation for a Salesforce Data Cloud Business Analyst to join their team on a 3-month full-time contract.

This is a hands-on role supporting Salesforce Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and strategic Salesforce projects, while working across multiple business functions including Hospitality, Promotions, Procurement, Promoters, Partnerships, and Sponsorships.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Salesforce Administration and support.
• Administer and support Salesforce Loyalty Management.
• Support the development and optimisation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Support strategic Salesforce Loyalty projects, including testing and implementation.
• Manage Salesforce security, sharing, automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Work closely with Salesforce technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.

Required Experience

• Proven Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience administering Salesforce Loyalty Management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, automation, and reporting.
• Proven Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions simultaneously.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make an immediate impact within a short-term contract.

Details:

• Rate is dependent on experience (Inside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid – Central London (1-2x per month)
• Duration: Until end of 2026, with potential extension
• Start: Immediate
