Senior Salesforce Developer

The successful candidate will join a highly skilled Salesforce team composed of developers, architects, and platform specialists, working closely to design and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that support both internal users and customers.

Key responsibilities and focus areas:

• Architecting and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches
• Developing with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Designing and maintaining complex Flows to automate business processes
• Building guided user experiences using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Leading and supporting CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth deployments
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting production systems
• Developing integrations with internal and third-party platforms via APIs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting best practices
• Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required)
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and SOQL
• Proven experience with Salesforce OmniStudio tools
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Service Cloud preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, Einstein, and AI chatbot technologies is advantageous
