Our new Community Champion programme gives you direct access to Salesforce product experts across the Salesforce ecosystem, right inside your training community.

One of the biggest challenges people face when breaking into Salesforce isn’t the initial learning curve. It’s what comes after.

You get your Admin certification. You understand the platform fundamentals. And then you look around at the sheer breadth of the ecosystem and think: where do I go from here?

Salesforce has dozens of products. Marketing Cloud works differently to Service Cloud. Data Cloud is its own beast. Agentforce is brand new. Revenue Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Cloud — each one has its own logic, its own job market, and its own career path.

Figuring out which direction to go, and then actually building knowledge in that area, can feel overwhelming. Especially when you’re doing it alone.

That’s exactly why we’ve launched the Supermums Community Champion programme.

Meet our Salesforce Product Experts

  • Supermums learners now get access to dedicated Community Champions with hands-on experience across Salesforce products like Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
  • Champions are active in our product-specific Slack channels, creating video resources, and hosting live Q&A sessions
  • This is included as part of your Supermums Community giving you a genuine edge when building specialist knowledge.
  • Below are just some of the amazing experts within our community.

What are Community Champions – Why Salesforce Product Experts?

Community Champions are experienced Salesforce professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to support our learner community. Each champion has hands-on, real-world experience with specific Salesforce products, and they’re here to help you understand what those products actually look like in practice.

We’ve recruited champions across a whole range of specialisms:

  • Agentforce
  • Data Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Education Cloud
  • Public Sector Cloud
  • Revenue Cloud
  • And more

These aren’t people reading from documentation. They’re professionals who’ve configured these products, delivered projects with them, and built careers around them. That’s the kind of insight you can’t get from a Trailhead module alone.

What do Community Champions actually do?

This isn’t a token initiative. Champions are active, visible, and genuinely useful. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

They show up in Slack

We’ve created dedicated Product Specialist Slack channels inside the Supermums community. Each channel is focused on a specific Salesforce product, and champions are in there regularly — answering questions, sharing practical insights, and pointing people towards useful resources and tools.

Got a question about how Marketing Cloud handles journey builder logic? Ask in the channel. Wondering what a day in the life of a Data Cloud consultant looks like? Someone’s there to tell you.

This kind of peer-to-peer learning is something the wider Salesforce Trailblazer community has championed for years, and we’re bringing that same energy directly into the Supermums experience.

They create real learning content

Champions are creating short video resources covering their product area. These videos aren’t surface-level overviews. They cover:

  • What the product does and where it fits in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Key features and common use cases
  • Career pathways and roles linked to that product
  • Best practices and tips for beginners

Think of these as the “honest briefing” you’d get from a colleague who’s been working with the product for years. The kind of thing that saves you weeks of going down the wrong rabbit hole.

They host live sessions

Champions also run community sprints and Q&A sessions where you can get practical, ask questions, and hear about new features or industry trends in real time.

These sessions are deliberately low-pressure. No slides-heavy webinars. No sales pitches. Just a knowledgeable person, a group of curious learners, and a conversation.

Quick insight: The combination of Slack channels, training, community sprints, video resources, and live sessions means you’re learning in five different ways — async discussion, training, hands-on practice, structured content, and real-time conversation. That’s how knowledge actually sticks.

Why this matters for your career

Here’s the thing about the Salesforce job market: generalists get hired, but specialists get hired faster and often at higher salaries.

Employers aren’t just looking for someone who “knows Salesforce and has an Admin Cert.” They want someone who understands their specific product stack. A nonprofit using Education Cloud needs someone who gets that product. A retailer running Revenue Cloud needs a consultant who’s worked with CPQ and billing. A company investing in Agentforce wants people who already understand what it can do.

The Community Champion programme helps you get clear on what product stack and start building that specialist knowledge while you’re still training. You don’t have to wait until you’re in a role to figure out what Service Cloud implementations look like, or how Data Cloud connects to the rest of the platform. You can start learning now, from people who do it every day.

That’s a genuine advantage when you’re applying for roles, having interviews, or deciding which certification to pursue next.

What makes this different from other communities?

There are many different Salesforce community, but what Supermums adds is motivation, context and connection.

Our champions aren’t just answering random questions from strangers. They’re supporting people who are actively training, actively career-building, and actively preparing to enter or progress in the Salesforce ecosystem. That means the conversations are more focused, the advice is more relevant, and the support is more personal.

It also means you’re learning alongside people at a similar stage. You’re not the only person in the room who’s new to this. That matters more than most people realise.

How to access Salesforce Product Experts
