This week we are celebrating 10 years of helping women relaunch their career in tech and AI. 🎉
Over this time we have helped over ten thousand women explore a new career choice.
For those that have taken the steps to relaunch, they have benefited from a combination of training, coaching, practical work experience and a community, to help them feel equipped for a new world.
Our alumni have progressed to carve out a new flexible well paid career and life that they love. ❤️
They work in a wide range of job roles from account management, customer success, solution engineering, technical roles to business analysis and project management.
There are a vast range of job roles to choose from that suit different skills and attributes.
There is a role for everyone.
We are so incredibly proud of everything our community have achieved and we look forward to supporting countless more women embrace new jobs in the AI revolution.
Now is more important than ever to upskill women for the future, with the world of work changing so rapidly. Old jobs are being replaced with new skills and ways of working.
With only 20% of current AI roles being held by women, we want to see more women leading and supporting AI transformations in business.
They have the perfect skills, attitude and capabilities. They just don’t know about it yet.
We are on a mission to change that.

Enhanced Training Offer for CRM + AI and Data
We have launched a new learning academy with lots of new free and paid for training courses. We have lots of new content coming up with hands -on training opportunities working with a wide range of AI products and partners.

We have launched the Supermums Business Hub
We are matching our certified AI consultants with Women-Led Businesses to help them implement and manage their tech and AI solutions.
We are offering free AI Consultations and Training Events business owners to help them ramp their productivity and performance.
From initial implement to full time management, we have the perfect training or hire for a small business to get them up and running with tech.

Why did Supermums win the Salesforce Partner of the Year Award for the Pledge 1%
At Supermums we provide Salesforce customers with Salesforce and AI training and Recruitment support to manage their systems and also provide an upskilling programme to help women and others launch their tech career in the eco-system. As part of this delivery we look at different ways to give back and the Pledge 1% is a model we are part of.
The Pledge 1% movement was seeded by Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, who committed 1% of Salesforce’s product, time, and equity (dubbed the 1-1-1 model) to be a force for good and attract aligned employees.
We are incredibly grateful to the Supermums trainees who engage in our Salesforce Admin training course and contribute 48hrs of pro-bono volunteer hours for our non-profit clients.
Over the last ten years, our trainees have contributed an incredible 44,000 hours of pro-bono support to over 200 non-profits.
We also reinvest our profit into our social mission and donate our product working with charitable organisations. Read more here
Thankyou to our Volunteer Mentors
We have engaged 1,300 people as volunteers who have delivered over 46,800 hours of mentoring to our learners.
The volunteers have come from companies such as Salesforce, Consultancies, Customers and ISVs, or they are Supermums alumni who have graduated over the years and now return to support their peers.
The mentoring makes a huge difference to someone’s journey when they are relaunching their career, providing them with technical knowledge, reassurance, confidence and job search support.
