Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support a key project involving the migration from NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) to Nonprofit Cloud, alongside the implementation of FinDock.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce within the nonprofit sector and hands-on experience delivering complex data migrations and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption
- Design and implement FinDock integration to support payment processing and donation management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs
- Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- Strong expertise in NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud migrations
- Hands-on experience with FinDock implementation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Desirable Skills:
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
