Nonprofit Salesforce Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support a key project involving the migration from NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) to Nonprofit Cloud, alongside the implementation of FinDock.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce within the nonprofit sector and hands-on experience delivering complex data migrations and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption
• Design and implement FinDock integration to support payment processing and donation management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs
• Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant
• Strong expertise in NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud migrations
• Hands-on experience with FinDock implementation
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Desirable Skills:

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
