Terms and Conditions
Supermums Referral Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 – Effective from 12th May 2025 for a Trial Period
- Referral Eligibility
A referral is defined as a prospective client (the “Lead”) introduced to Supermums by the Referrer who has had no prior contact or relationship with Supermums. Leads must be entirely new to Supermums, with no record of previous enquiries, communications, or engagement.
Referrers must be individuals aged 18 or over and not employed by or contracted by Supermums in a recruitment or training delivery capacity. - Qualified Conversion
A Lead is deemed successfully converted when a formal agreement is signed and payment, either in full or the first instalment of a payment plan, has been received/ - Referral Fee
Upon successful conversion, the Referrer will be awarded a £100 or £250 Amazon or Etsy e-voucher for the appropriate referral. Referrers may choose the preferred voucher type, which is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. - Referral Form Requirement
To be eligible to claim the referral fee, Referrers must complete and submit the ‘referral form’ provided by Supermums. Failure to submit the referral form may result in disqualification from receiving the Amazon or Etsy e-voucher. - Payment Timeline
The e-voucher will be issued via email within thirty (30) calendar days from the date Supermums receives the Lead’s qualifying payment. - Exclusivity
Referral fees will only be granted for Leads exclusively introduced by the Referrer. In cases of multiple claims, Supermums reserves the right to determine the qualifying Referrer at its sole discretion. - Prohibited Conduct
Referrers must not:- Misrepresent themselves or Supermums when sharing the referral opportunity.
- Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote their referral.
- Refer themselves or create fraudulent Leads.
Any violations may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
- Modification and Termination
These terms come into effect on 12th May 2025 and will be in force as part of a trial period. Supermums reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion. - Limitation of Liability
Supermums accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or technical issues that may affect participation or reward delivery. - Tax Responsibility (if applicable)
Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving e-voucher rewards. - Privacy and Data Use
By participating in the referral program, Referrers consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes of tracking referrals and issuing rewards in accordance with Supermums’ Privacy Policy. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. - Affiliate Programme Exclusion
This referral programme cannot be used in conjunction with any Supermums affiliate referral programme. Referrals submitted through the affiliate programme are not eligible for the £100 Amazon or Etsy e-voucher described herein, and vice versa. - Contact Information
