Supermums Consulting Ltd (trading as Mums on Cloud Nine) Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1. Partnership Packages and Deliverables

Supermums Consulting Ltd (trading as Mums on Cloud Nine) (the “Organisation”) offers four partnership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each package includes specific marketing deliverables as outlined in the Sponsorship Commitment Table.

The deliverables include but are not limited to:
– Blog post feature
– Podcast interview
– Newsletter feature
– Expert profile listing in the directory
– Advertising placements on blog, website, and podcast
– Promotional email to our mailing list
– Speaker opportunities at designated events

Deliverables are allocated according to the selected sponsorship level and are valid for a 12-month period from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT.

Special offer pricing is valid until 28th February 2025. Bookings made after this date will be charged at the standard price.

Full payment is due at the time of registration via Stripe and must be received before any deliverables are actioned.

3. Deliverable Scheduling and Delivery

Sponsors will be contacted within 14 days of payment to schedule deliverables.

Deliverables must be redeemed within the 12-month partnership term. Any unused items will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Blog posts, podcast features, and newsletter content must be approved by Supermums Consulting Ltd and meet editorial guidelines.

Event-based deliverables (e.g., speaker slots) are subject to scheduling and availability and may be adjusted at Supermums Consulting Ltd’s discretion.

4. Content Submission and Approval

Sponsors must provide all required content (copy, images, links, etc.) at least 14 working days prior to the scheduled publish date.

The Organisation reserves the right to edit or decline content that does not align with its audience, values, or standards.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Sponsorship commitments are non-refundable once payment has been received.

In the event that Supermums Consulting Ltd cannot fulfil a deliverable due to unforeseen circumstances, the sponsor may be offered a reschedule or alternative placement.

6. Use of Logos and Branding

Sponsors grant Supermums Consulting Ltd (trading as Mums on Cloud Nine) the right to use their name, logo, and brand assets for promotional purposes related to the partnership.

Any use of Supermums Consulting Ltd’s name or logo by the sponsor must be pre-approved in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Organisation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the partnership.

Total liability shall not exceed the sponsorship amount paid.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
