Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Trainer

We are inviting proposals for an experienced Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Trainer to design and deliver a tailored training programme for a group of Salesforce professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led training on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to Salesforce professionals
  • Explain public sector data models, case management, benefits management, and regulatory considerations
  • Guide learners through hands-on exercises and real-world public sector scenarios
  • Help professionals understand how to design and configure scalable public sector solutions
  • Update training materials in line with Salesforce releases and industry changes
  • Work closely with Supermums to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • Strong understanding of government or public sector processes
  • Experience training or mentoring Salesforce professionals
  • Salesforce certifications (Public Sector Solutions, Admin, Consultant, or Architect) preferred
  • Confident presenter with strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging remote training sessions

 

Contract Details.

  • Contractor rate: TBC
  • Flexible schedule within set cohort teaching times, approx 7 hours/week
  • Own course materials, slides and curriculum a necessary
