We are inviting proposals for an experienced Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Trainer to design and deliver a tailored training programme for a group of Salesforce professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led training on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to Salesforce professionals
- Explain public sector data models, case management, benefits management, and regulatory considerations
- Guide learners through hands-on exercises and real-world public sector scenarios
- Help professionals understand how to design and configure scalable public sector solutions
- Update training materials in line with Salesforce releases and industry changes
- Work closely with Supermums to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Strong understanding of government or public sector processes
- Experience training or mentoring Salesforce professionals
- Salesforce certifications (Public Sector Solutions, Admin, Consultant, or Architect) preferred
- Confident presenter with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging remote training sessions
Contract Details.
- Contractor rate: TBC
- Flexible schedule within set cohort teaching times, approx 7 hours/week
- Own course materials, slides and curriculum a necessary
