Salesforce Developer

Location: UK – Hybrid (Tunbridge Wells, Bournemouth, Bristol, or Leeds, 2 days a week in office)

The company is consolidating several internal business units to create a simplified and more impactful offering, focused on preventative health and empowering customers to lead healthier lives. The successful candidate will join friendly and collaborative IT delivery teams, working within a key programme related to care and claims services. The teams are agile, cross-functional, and made up of technical specialists and business stakeholders.

The organisation provides private healthcare, wellbeing support, and digital health solutions for individuals, families, and businesses, with a growing emphasis on prevention and ease of access.

Role Details:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Developer a hands-on technical specialist role focused on development, optimisation, and integration of Salesforce-based platforms. The organisation has combination of greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems within a large-scale transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and support of a strategic customer platform using Salesforce
• Work within an agile team, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Collaborate with business colleagues and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
• Support continuous improvement across the IT department, identifying inefficiencies and implementing change
• Assist in lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, and supporting delivery objectives

Requirements:

• Proven Salesforce development experience (Apex, Triggers, Lightning, LWC, Flows, Process Builder)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification desirable
• Experience with Salesforce Industries / Omnistudio / Vlocity and Copado required
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Experience with system integration (real-time, batch, synchronous/asynchronous)
• Familiarity with SFDX, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Desirable skills: Health Cloud, Azure, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Must have the right to work in the UK
