Salesforce Data Cloud Trainer

We are inviting proposals for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Trainer to design and deliver a tailored training programme for a group of Salesforce professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Salesforce Data Cloud for Salesforce professionals
• Translate complex data concepts into clear, practical learning experiences
• Design and deliver hands-on exercises, demos, and real-world use cases
• Support learners in understanding data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud releases and best practices
• Collaborate with Supermums stakeholders to continuously improve training materials

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Solid understanding of data models, integrations, and analytics within Salesforce
• Previous experience delivering technical training or enablement sessions
• Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud, Integration Architecture, or related) preferred
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable training remotely and engaging a global audience

Contract details.

• Contractor rate: TBC
• Flexible schedule within set cohort teaching times, approx 7 hours/week
• Own course materials, slides and curriculum a necessary
