Associate Trainer

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Associate Trainer to design and deliver a targeted training program for a global client in 2025. The program will focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Order Management, and Omni-Channel Inventory, delivered virtually to professionals across India and the United States.

This role includes both content curation and live delivery, with the potential for ongoing collaboration on future global initiatives.

Training Scope

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Salesforce Order Management
• Salesforce Omni-Channel Inventory

Key Responsibilities

• Curate or adapt Salesforce training content tailored to the client’s needs and audience.
• Deliver live, instructor-led training in a virtual setting to global participants.
• Facilitate hands-on learning using trial orgs or sandboxes.
• Address questions, provide support, and adjust delivery based on learner engagement and feedback.
• Align training approach with regional time zones (primarily India and US) and cultural expectations.

Audience Details

• Group Size: 12+ learners
• Location: ~60% India, ~40% United States
• Format: Virtual (Live instructor-led sessions)

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering training on:
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Salesforce Order Management
  • Salesforce Omni-Channel Inventory
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (preferred: B2C Commerce Developer, Order Management Specialist, etc.)
• Strong English communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams)
• Ability to support hands-on practice using Salesforce environments
• Experience developing Salesforce training materials
• Background working with enterprise or global training teams
• Familiarity with LMS or digital learning tools
