Celebrating Supermums Award Winners 2024

Supermums has been empowering women and others with the most in-demand tech skills since 2016, and to celebrate our 8th birthday, we launched the first Supermums Awards.

The awards are to recognise the achievements of candidates and training Alumni who have progressed in their Salesforce career and benefited from being a part of the Supermums Community over these past 7 years.

Over the years, Supermums have partnered with a number of charities including The Sanctuary Foundation, Ashley Community Housing, Thomas Pocklington Foundation  who have funded places on our courses for their beneficiaries, including visually impaired, refugees and women who have suffered from domestic abuse. We want to continue to work with these charities by establishing our own bursary fund to support a number of funded places a year on our courses for their beneficiaries. As part of our awards, we asked for a voluntary donation with each nomination so that we could help even more women to rebuild their lives after fleeing their home as a result of domestic violence. Thank you to everyone who nominated, and also donated. Your support really does make a difference!

There was 3 areas we wanted to be considered when nominating someone from the Supermums community:

We asked people to nominate their employer, colleague, mentor, non-profit host or friend, or they could even self-nominate. The nominations would be considered on the above 3 areas and also demonstrating:

• Recognition of Achievements: Winning an award provides formal acknowledgment of one’s hard work, skills, and accomplishments, boosting personal and professional credibility.
• Career Advancement: An award can enhance a resume or CV, making the individual stand out to current and potential employers, which could lead to promotions, job offers, or new opportunities.
• Increased Confidence: Being recognized with an award can boost self-esteem and confidence, reinforcing the belief in one’s abilities and encouraging further personal and professional growth.
• Networking Opportunities: Awards often come with events, ceremonies, or industry recognition, providing opportunities to connect with other professionals, leaders, and influencers in the field.
• Motivation and Inspiration: Receiving an award can serve as a powerful motivator to continue striving for excellence and can inspire others in the workplace or community to achieve their best.

Lucy has over 15 years of experience in Revenue Roles and Productivity, and has built a career empowering teams to thrive in dynamic environments. Her journey spans sales, service, strategy, and operations across diverse markets, giving her a deep understanding of what drives productivity and sustainable growth. Lucy creates innovative strategies that transform revenue streams, elevate sales performance, and guide businesses to long-term success.

Supermums Awards Winners 2024

We had over 600 nominations and a huge shortlist for everyone who has been recognised for their achievements.
