Once a quarter we’ll focus on an Salesforce industry expert to share their tips and advice. Today’s focus is on Own BackUp and how to choose a data back up solution. 

Data Back Up is an essential part of your Salesforce Management. It requires an investment in time to prevent situations where:

• Data loss: someone accidentally or intentionally deletes records
• Back Up: system access is prevented for whatever reason.
• Data Protection: The Data Protection Act states that information must be handled in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage.
• Archives: Enables you to store large amounts of data and to revisit old data if required
• Business Sense: Safeguard your company information which is the lifeblood of your business
