Salesforce Learning Content Creator

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global technology and services organisation that is undertaking a major transformation, consolidating four Salesforce organisations into one global CRM and introducing a new Revenue Cloud journey.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Learning Content Creator to support the development of training content for approximately 2,000 users across multiple global regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning content from process documentation, SME input and Salesforce system walkthroughs.
• Create Highspot-ready eLearning, job aids, assessments and persona-based learning journeys.
• Support VILT/classroom materials, including facilitator guides, scenarios and hands-on exercises.
• Work closely with the Lead Trainer, SMEs and project team to review and refine content.
• Work comfortably in an environment where Salesforce functionality, screenshots and processes may continue to evolve.

Experience Required

• Proven experience creating Salesforce/digital learning content.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Experience with Highspot or similar digital learning platforms.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical learning.
• Experience developing VILT/instructor-led training materials.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.

Essential: Candidates must be UK-based.
