Salesforce  Business Analyst – Contract

We are hiring on behalf of a client for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a large-scale customer-facing digital project and Salesforce Agentforce implementation.

This role will focus on business requirements, data and content use cases, and translating business needs into effective Data Cloud solutions. Candidates should have strong practical experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and be able to contribute immediately.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce Data Cloud projects
• Excellent understanding of Data Cloud functionality, data models and use cases
• Experience gathering and translating business and data requirements
• Experience working with marketing and customer data
• Exposure to image/content data and/or complex data environments
• Understanding of Agentforce and how it integrates with Data Cloud
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on project experience is essential — no training will be provided
• Immediately available and able to hit the ground running

• Rate is dependent on experience (Inside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid – Central London
• Duration: Until end of 2026, with potential extension
• Start: Immediate
