Lead Trainer – Global Salesforce Transformation
Contract or Permanent | Start: By end of August 2026
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Trainer to support a global Salesforce transformation, consolidating multiple Salesforce environments into a single global CRM and introducing standardised sales and Revenue Cloud processes.
The programme will support seven key personas across Prospect-to-Quote and Revenue Cloud, reaching approximately 2,000 users across multiple international regions.
The Lead Trainer will establish the curriculum and learning approach, guide content development, and prepare regional trainers to deliver the programme locally through a Train-the-Trainer model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead persona-based learning journeys and curriculum development.
- Establish learning standards, templates, storyboards and content structures.
- Develop the initial curriculum and learning framework.
- Guide Content Creators and quality-assure training content.
- Work with business, process and Salesforce SMEs to translate evolving processes into practical learning.
- Develop the Train-the-Trainer approach, TTT materials and VILT runbook.
- Support UAT and training readiness.
- Deliver VILT and Train-the-Trainer sessions to regional trainers.
- Ensure consistency and quality across the global rollout.
- Manage stakeholders from senior leadership through to end users.
Required Experience
- Strong Salesforce training experience, ideally Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Experience designing curricula and persona-based learning journeys.
- Experience with Train-the-Trainer and VILT.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience supporting global transformation programmes.
- Comfortable working with evolving processes and requirements.
- Able to translate business and technology change into practical, user-focused learning.
Change Management / organisational change experience is highly desirable, as the role will help users understand and adopt new Salesforce capabilities, processes and ways of working.
