Salesforce Data 360 Developer

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Data 360 Developer, they are a well-established technology and consulting business delivering large-scale digital transformation and cloud solutions across a range of industries. The company works with enterprise clients on complex technology initiatives and places a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.

The successful candidate will join a growing Salesforce-focused team as a Salesforce Data 360 Developer, working alongside architects, delivery managers, and client stakeholders in a collaborative and client-facing environment. Key responsibilities and focus areas:

• Configure and develop Salesforce Data 360 solutions including Data Streams, DMO mappings, transformations, and ingestion pipelines
• Implement Identity Resolution rulesets to unify customer profiles across multiple systems
• Develop Calculated Insights and Segments using SOQL and Data Cloud SQL
• Configure Activations to distribute unified customer data across Salesforce products and third-party platforms
• Support integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and native connectors
• Participate in client workshops, Agile ceremonies, technical documentation, and sprint delivery activities
• Support pre-sales activities, estimations, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the practice

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1 year focused as a Salesforce Data 360 Developer or within Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Data Streams, Unified Data Model, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activations
• Proficiency in SOQL and Data Cloud SQL
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), data modelling, and integration best practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data 360 with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or third-party platforms
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) and Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile delivery teams
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain Full UK Security Clearance (SC)

Desirable:

• Experience with additional Salesforce products such as Experience Cloud or CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations and API-led connectivity approaches
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, AI Associate, or AI Specialist
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience integrating with cloud-based data warehouses or data lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices within cloud environments
• Experience working within enterprise consulting or client-facing delivery environments
