Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Overview:

Our client is a Salesforce Certified Partner with a strong reputation in the cloud consulting and digital marketing space, serving small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) across various industries. They are made up of highly skilled Salesforce-certified consultants, solution architects, and marketing automation experts.

Our client is seeking a Marketing Cloud Consultant to lead the Marketing Cloud Jump Start implementation project. This is a greenfield opportunity—you’ll be setting up a net-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance from scratch in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of Marketing Cloud Growth or Advanced Edition in a net new production org
• Configure core Marketing Cloud components including data kits, data cloud connectors, and campaign assets
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with client stakeholders (Salesforce Admin, Data Cloud Admin, Exec Sponsor)
• Guide branding, personalization, and segmentation strategies
• Validate setup: Identity Resolution, consent management, sender profiles, and domain
• Conduct up to three 45-minute deep dive sessions on in-scope features
• Wrap project with reporting introduction and final review

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth Edition is required
• Proven experience delivering greenfield Marketing Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
