Role Overview: The Recruitment Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for generating and converting leads to support Supermums’ sales and talent placement efforts. This role is ideal for an energetic and motivated individual with consultative sales experience in the tech or Salesforce space. The BDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and close opportunities that align with our Hire-Train-Deploy, contract, and permanent placement services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, attending events and meetings, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
    • Develop a strong understanding of Supermums’ services to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct initial conversations with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
    • Present Supermums’ Hire-Train-Deploy, contract, and permanent placement solutions and suitable talent to meet client needs.
    • Negotiate and convert prospects into clients and place talent successfully into job vacancies.
  • Candidate Engagement
    • Working alongside a resourcer, to attract, identify and shortlist candidates suitable for job roles.
    • Prepare candidates ready for interview.
    • Present suitable candidates to client that meet their needs.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
    • Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed targets.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Identify new opportunities for outreach and business development.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Hire-Train-Deploy, recruitment, business development, lead generation, or sales role.
  • Consultative sales experience in the tech/Salesforce space is highly desirable.
  • Experience liaising and selling training and talent into companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and its applications is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
