Our mission is to support women returners back into work, to attract more women into tech and to tackle the gender pay gap! We have made quite an impact to date: Through our unique training programmes we have upskilled over 1800 trainees, educated over 25k subscribers with educational content, worked with over 400 companies on 600 vacancies. We have a strong commercial model and have generated over £6m revenue to date. As a socially driven company we reinvest a percentage of profit into our social mission and we have a non-profit Foundation.

The HTD service enables Supermums to employ our learners and position them to companies on a day rate for the delivery of services. This services reduces risk, permanent overheads and support IR35 compliance for companies looking to hire Salesforce talent. Supermums has EIS approval which offers tax reliefs to individual investors who buy new shares in your company. Investors in EIS can benefit from five different tax reliefs if they invest in an EIS-qualifying company.
