Digital Business Partner – Product Manager

Role Type:

As a Digital Business Partner within the Design Team, you will act as the voice of the business, partnering closely with global teams to understand strategic goals and drive digital transformation initiatives. Working in Agile environments, you will own the product roadmap, prioritise digital requirements, and lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for AI, data, and digital technology solutions aligned with business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine and prioritise product requirements
• Manage a prioritised backlog that balances operational and strategic needs
• Champion user-centred design principles to deliver inclusive and intuitive digital products
• Lead engagement and change management for product rollouts, including stakeholder communication and coaching change champions
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve digital solutions and adoption strategies

Requirements:

• Significant product management experience within complex organisations, ideally in mission-driven environments
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and engage in strategic conversations
• Experience planning and driving organisational change initiatives
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in Agile teams using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Analytical mindset with a focus on balancing business priorities and user needs
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
