Operations Manager

Salary – £45-55k, dependent on experience with bonus scheme and benefits

A Hybrid/Virtual role based in the UK with ability to travel to London for meetings.

Start Date: Early to Mid July latest.

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, team productivity, and service delivery within defined KPIs. This role plays a key part in managing operational processes and deliverables to support business growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team schedules, performance, and resource allocation
• Oversee daily service or product delivery to ensure SLAs are met
• Monitor and report on Team KPIs related to financials, quality, timeliness, and efficiency
• Define, map, and continuously improve operational processes
• Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Lead small-scale improvement projects and contribute to departmental change initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage Onboarding and HR deliverables with support of our HR partner.
• Financial analysis, contract management and negotiation with suppliers/vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in HR, performance management, team leadership
• Proven experience in other areas of operations management
• Strong business analysis, agile project management and change management skills
• Financial analysis, contract negotiation and vendor/supplier management
• Salesforce CRM experience. (preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in process mapping tools and documentation
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
• Preferred experience in Operations in Sales, Recruitment, HTD and/or Training Industries
