When Heather trained up in Salesforce and started her career in tech, she didn’t have a tech background, but realised through using a CRM system and particularly Salesforce within the nonprofit she was running at the time, that she could actually manage and develop a CRM system to achieve and support her business goals. And that’s really where Heather’s journey all began.
