Technical Architect

Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 (pro‑rated for part‑time)

Location: UK Based – Remote (3 days per week)

Team: Small (7‑person startup)

The Role

Our client looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect who can get “in the weeds” of complex technical delivery while still communicating effectively with non‑technical stakeholders.

This role involves designing data management strategies, building complex flows, and writing APEX code where needed. You’ll also bring a presales mindset, translating technical solutions into business value for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build solutions across Sales and Service Cloud
• Work hands‑on with APEX, complex flows, and data designs
• Lead discussions on data management and integrations
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Contribute to presales discussions and build rapport with customers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other Salesforce specialists

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud expertise
• Hands‑on APEX and complex flow experience
• Understanding of integrations and data management in/out of Salesforce
• Knowledge of how Salesforce connects with Commerce, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Marketing
• Certifications (advantageous but not essential)
• Comfortable presenting solutions and simplifying technical concepts
• Passion for working in a startup environment with a collaborative, hands‑on approach
