Role Details:
- Position: Senior Change Manager
- Team Environment: Greenfield project — global CRM implementation
- This role is responsible for driving change strategy and execution for a major CRM transformation programme. The Senior Change Manager will be instrumental in preparing the business for change, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and supporting end-user adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Change Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of change management activities, including impact assessments, adoption strategies, and readiness planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis, build engagement plans, and mitigate resistance through tailored communications and support.
- Business Readiness: Work with programme teams and business leads to define readiness criteria, prioritise impacted areas, and ensure teams are prepared for the transition.
- Communications Management: Develop and manage internal communication strategies and content to keep all audiences informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Training & Development: Partner with training leads to tailor learning experiences for different user groups and adjust based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to monitor adoption and readiness; adapt strategies based on data and qualitative feedback.
- Benefits Realisation: Contribute to the creation of a benefits tracking framework and support benefit owners in measuring outcomes throughout phased delivery.

Technology & Tools:
- CRM Platform: Salesforce (or similar enterprise CRM)
- Change Methodologies: ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent frameworks
- Project Tools: Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms

Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience delivering change management initiatives for large-scale, global programmes
- Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messaging
- Experience in organisational transformation, ideally involving CRM or technology deployments
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not essential
