Overview:

Our client is looking for Salesforce Support Analysts to join their growing team in London. This role will be key in supporting their Salesforce platform users, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring the system is optimised for business performance. You’ll act as the first point of contact for end-users, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring seamless adoption of Salesforce across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line Salesforce support for end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving queries.
  • Log, track, and manage cases in line with SLAs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions or escalate when needed.
  • Support user management activities such as profiles, roles, permissions, and data access.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Support training and documentation for end-users to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce admin/development team for enhancements, fixes, and system changes.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of Salesforce support experience (Salesforce Administrator certification desirable).
  • Strong background in end-user support with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with Salesforce objects, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Experience managing user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools for case logging and tracking (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
