Company Overview
Our client delivers Salesforce marketing implementations and is helping customers move onto Marketing Cloud Next from their existing Marketing Cloud platforms in the Life Sciences domain.
The Role
You’ll support Salesforce marketing implementation projects, with a particular focus on Marketing Cloud Next and on customers migrating from earlier Marketing Cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn marketing requirements into effective customer journeys and automations
- Configure, test and optimise marketing solutions
- Support customers through platform transitions, including connecting Marketing Cloud with wider Salesforce data and collaboration tools
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional
- Strong marketing automation skills
- Confident working with stakeholders
Desired
- Marketing Cloud Next experience (particularly sought after)
- Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement experience
