Salesforce Engineer

Location: UK – Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office – Redhill or Middlesbrough)

Role Details:

• Technical – Salesforce Engineer
• Work in a mature Salesforce ecosystem with a mix of ongoing platform evolution and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with coding and performance best practices.
• Support production systems through incident investigations and fixes.
• Leverage both low-code and custom code (Apex, LWC) to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain Lightning Web Components, triggers, and batch jobs.
• Participate in design/code reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Foster knowledge-sharing and growth across the development team.

Salesforce Ecosystem:

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers
• Custom Objects, Batch Jobs

Other Technologies & Tools:

• Azure DevOps, Copado
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
